Elforest technologies develops drivetrains of the future

Husqvarna has now, after a successful first project together with Elforest Technologies, chosen to initiate yet another project where Elforest takes a key position. This cooperation will be the first one to take place after the framework agreement that Husqvarna and Elforest met earlier this year.

Elforest Technologies is pleased to announce that a framework agreement has been signed together with Husqvarna Group. The goal with the agreeement is for Husqvarna to secure key technical competence in areas where Elforest Technologies are strong. 

Elforest Technologies are proud to sponsor Jönköping University Solar Team with their BMS (Battery Management System). The BMS will give the team detailed control over the status and energy level of the vehicles battery pack during the entire race. Especially keeping track of the energy level is essential for a successful race.

The Swedish Energy Agency have decided to partly finance a prototype project where Engbergs Transportsystem AB together with Elforest Technologies develop and equip a 80 tons log handler with an electric driveline.

Elforest Technologies is once again 100% locally owned. Thordab AB and Lars-Gunnar Lundström acquire the shares from the previous owners.

Gabriel, Fredrik och Andreas remain in the company and continue to run the business.
